A personal achievement was leading the delivery of a strategic plan for a portfolio of 25+ products across ~15 emerging markets. This project involved a variety of workshops, collaborating with industry analysts, interviewing the target audience and five months of my time almost 100% dedicated to the client. I also drove the pitch process and was instrumental in winning this business.
A member of the social media team I became experienced at social media strategy and analytics, using tools such as Sysomos & Crimson Hexagon to listen and uncover insights.
