* Recruiting: School Capitan for IESE and UPF (led the addition of the university to the global list of target universities)

* Advised and structured RAN sharing agreement in European market aligning three telecom groups to generate overall TCO savings of c.40%
* Led multiple Commercial Due Diligence in the TMT space advising PE & funds on the purchase of InfraCos and Telecom operators
* Organization revamp for a leading telecom group in the Middle East:
o Define a new organization that is 15% more cost-efficient and has higher skills to lead value creation across areas
o Digital plan to lean the organization (13% FTE optimization) and increase effectiveness getting ready for the future
* Digital Channels strategy definition for a leading telecom operator in the Middle East:
