During the time worked at Crowne plaza was proud HOD as the hotel came from number 34 to 6 within the span of six months in guest ratings with IHG rankings for F&B service and hospitality of staff.
After successfully leading and managing the team decided to move into hospitality training as was not able to give enough time to family, with the opportunity from Umbrella was able to pursue my passion in training others by utilizing my experience within the industry.
