I have over a decade of experience and passion as a food and beverage product developer - having worked primarily for innocent drinks and Rebel Kitchen making healthy, bespoke recipes for plant-based organisations.

My areas of expertise include developing unique product ranges in the market, managing factory trials & launches, setting quality standards and shelf life assessments, heading up and managing a team and managing short and long term projects.

Career highlights to date include having won over ten Great Taste Awards for products I have launched (ie. 1L whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed mylk range which is a dairy milk alternative developed to taste, look, behave just like real dairy).

In addition to this, I have also had formal training and accreditation from the Institute of Food and Technology, and have provided sensory training and expertise to organisations such as Propercorn, innocent drinks and Rebel Kitchen to help standardise the product quality, create an expert panel of the best tasters to help make quick recipe decisions, and help employees get closer to the product.
