It is a complex and challenging role, covering high-level strategy right through to campaign execution, delivery and analysis. I reduced the cpl of lead-gen emails from £20 to less than £5, with ROI over 250%. I also repeated this success on Facebook (£20 cpl reduced from £40, ROI of 200%). I had sole management (strategic, creative and delivery) of up to 25 customer email marketing campaigns each week. This included managing internal resource and expert knowledge of several ESP platforms. During this time I also instigated changes to the Content and Content retargeting campaigns, which increased daily lead volume by 50%.
