Director of Tigerspike's core product, a data mining and data visualisation web platform
helping businesses make data-driven decisions and track impact.
In Jan 2017, after training a new global team to hand over the product, I made a self-initiated
pitch to the company's CEO, suggesting the creation of a new department (named Tigerspike Next) that would have a twofold remit; first, to focus on the R&D of new products/ideas for the company and second, to work on the overall rebrand and marketing reposition.
Working on R&D, my team has managed to achieve:
• Research, design and development for VR prototypes.
• Implemented end-to-end agile product development frameworks and processes.
• Research new technologies, document finding and share knowledge internally and externally.

• Concept, design and development of a working methodology to validate risky assumptions,
