As the Bank status changed from an investment bank to a holding bank, He was involved in the regulatory and risk assessments in all key IT areas. He was also involved in wider company and client decision making process, including policy/process/standards, purchasing decisions and budgetary control. In addition to the role itself He was instrumental in helping to secure a new 5-year service contract, producing and documenting all the SOP's for the service. He was recognised for my endeavours by a Bronze Business award. He also carried out several large projects to facilitate the transition to the Managed Service and post operational handover. One such project was to Migrate the entire WAR (Work Area Recovery) site from Desktop PC's to ESX servers.
