Directly answerable to the client, my role was to manage and lead the central creative team,
whilst coordinating BAT's creative output across the entire global network of agencies.
• Worked closely with the client and the leading markets to reposition Rothmans' global
strategy, elevating the brand's status into BAT's roster of Global Drive Brands.
• Lead the international team that successfully launched Rothmans' innovations range, and introduced a global packaging strategy to future proof the entire pipeline, LEPs and LEPPs.
• Supported the UK & Ireland regional team for all BAT brands.
I was also a liaison officer in charge of the employees' welfare during the transition perdiod of the merger between Ogilvy Action and G2 Worldwide.
