As well as design and artwork I have been fulfilling the role of Studio Manager for the last 6 years overseeing the throughput of all work, and ensuring it is on brief, on time and on budget, while liasing with the senior management team, account managers and external suppliers. I am a very capable and confident designer with 19 years experience, accustomed to carrying projects from initial concept through to completion. I have good interpersonal and communication skills, I am flexible and hardworking, and can work on my own initiative or as part as a team.

My core strengths include: artwork, design and design leadership, good communication, working well under pressure, have good briefing skills, can manage multiple projects, deal with printers, and inspire and develop creatives.

Within the studio, I managed a group of three designers, delegating work and steering them in the right direction when necessary. I also brought in freelance help if and when needed and developed creative concepts within brand guidelines. I also manage my design team to successfully deliver these projects.
