I'm offering
Experienced researcher with strong quant AND qual background - I can support you in specific areas of your research projects, but I can also bring together insights from across information sources (including non-research data), and project-manage a suite of work.
I have particular experience in the UK transport industries - especially rail and bus - but have also worked for clients in FMCG, energy, banking, mobile comms and more. And while I've worked on a huge range of research areas, customer experience and marcomms development / evaluation are where I've spent the majority of my career.
I have worked both client and agency side, and within agency I've headed up a sector team (specialising in transport), with biz-dev, financial and personnel responsibilities.
