point for tracking and managing such issues, Risks and Dependencies.
• Set up appropriate Kestrel programme-related plans are in place, are up to date and are aligned.Ensure that
relevant resources are tracked to assist with effective inductions. Provide administrative support to inductions
liaise with other suppliers of components of the Kestrel Programme resources and deliverables as required by
HSBC.
• Ensure that Kestrel Programme changes are documented and manage effectively. Provide regular updates to Programme Governance Meetings E.G. Steering Committees
• Define the Kestrel projects adheres to standards in the Business Transformation Framework (BTF)
• Manage the delivery of the PMO's objectives including the delivery of non-PMO support to the Programme
Director and CCO Tech
• Create and collate input to relevant STEERCO and working groups on Status, Progress, Cost and Benefits (with Finance Partners), Risks, Issues and Dependences. Co-ordinate provision of meeting content and meeting
