In my extensive experience of delivering training over 15 years in highly competitive commercial retail organisations, I am extremely versatile in my approach and am used to delivering both systems and soft skills learning on a one-to-one and large group basis across all levels of seniority across a business.
In my years at B&Q I supported colleagues, at varying levels of capability, who needed to learn how to use SAP Customer Ordering software (front and back office use) and how to use Microsoft Office applications. With the Co-operative I was required to deliver training on how to use EPoS , e-learning and Microsoft Office software as well as process, due diligence, legal and behavioural/leadership skills developmental workshops.
I have outstanding rapport building and interpersonal skills and am well used to organising and evaluating training sessions across multiple sites. I am also well versed in carrying out all administration tasks associated with these kinds of roles and can work well on my own as well as in a large team of colleagues.
I was made redundant, due to a Learning & Development restructure, within the Co-operative Group, in September 2019.
