I'm offering
With a BPsych, M Development Studies, and Grad Cert in Data Analytics, I'm a diverse, motivated and innovative individual with passion for making a real difference.
Key skills include project management, data analysis (SPSS, Excel, Python, R, Tableau), communication and relationship building, policy analysis and stakeholder coordination in addition to 5 years of international travel and cross-cultural experience.
Currently, I am responsible for developing the volunteer feedback survey, distributed to over 900 volunteers across Scotland. Data is analysed using SPSS and I am responsible for compiling the results and presenting to volunteers and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. The data is currently being interpreted by a working group coordinated by myself, in order to construct a working document that presents a clear strategy for the next three years of volunteering within the organisation. The feedback contained 96% of active volunteers, showing a strong response rate and a range of useful results, indicating many areas for improvement and focus.
Achievements include my dissertation on LGBT Rights and Religious Freedom Disputes, as well as my first publication as writer and publisher of a local history book, The Last Islands.
