6 years ago, I managed two 3* hotels in the Channel Islands. One hotel won UK Hotels and Accommodation Business of the Year 2015, Top 5 of all Businesses in Guernsey and Top 100 of all Businesses in the British Isles both hotels had a turnover of over £2 million. After this, I returned to the UK to support companies such as The Skinny Kitchen and Brewhouse and Kitchen, where I managed their biggest site for them with a weekly turnover of £70k.
Over the last few years in London, I oversaw the construction and & implementation of the Notting Hill private members club Cloud Twelve. I was also the Chief Operations Officer for Over Under Coffee where I took a family small coffee shop in Earls Court to 5 stores within 12 months, turned the business a little more commercial for easier growth and support the set-up of a pipeline to have 50 sites by 2023 and Run rate revenue of £22.5 million with a GP of just over £17.1 million.
Currently working with a Marketing company in LA (remote) to streamline and implement processes and a growth strategy to enable them to expand to Miami, London and New York as well to increase revenue by over 100% ($6 million USD)
