Senior Pastry Chef de Partie

Aim of the role:
- providing an excelent service in production,
- being flexible with times, dates and long shifts,
- a high level of leadership,
- assisting Head Chef and Executive Chef to achieve the excellent and highest standarts of food production and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- ensure consistency of food quality,
- able to maintain high standarts of leadership,

- monitor and maintain consistent food standarts and quality across all areas and during all stages of production and supply to ensure the HACCP procedures are followed,
