I run my business as a virtual assistant or freelance PA for small businesses and start-
ups. I have worked for a variety of organisations in several roles: For example, I provide
multi-faceted support for a CEO of 2 Eco-friendly companies. Some of the tasks this has

organising large scale mailshots by sourcing suppliers and organising dispatch.

marketing and publishing client and client service management for a high-end technical

• I handle diary management, making travel arrangements both within the UK and Internationally.
• I carry out standard office tasks such as bookkeeping, credit control, transcription and document preparation.
• I help in recruiting both permanent and contract staff and have experience in the day-
to-day management of staff including ensuring that client priorities are met. I am happy to take on all administrative and business support tasks to suit the client.

has developed. When I left I ran our customer service team which has now grown to 3
people.
