As a food specialist and public health nutritionist I have worked with small and large food production companies, in hospitality, youth nutrition, care and health sectors, supplying freelance content, in nutrition, recipes, cookery, recipe development, film and photography. I have trained staff including teachers, health trainers, the School Food Trust, LACA, the NACC and chefs in a variety of settings from the NHS to universities, from foundation level up to diploma level on RSPH food related certificated courses. I have also developed and delivered specialist bespoke courses where there is no ready made certificated solution available.
My other nutrition specialisms include Sports, Exercise and Public Health Nutrition, in addition to working as a food writer. This gives me a fantastically rich and diverse work arena in the food industry. I am happy to take on new projects in food education, expedition food, sports nutrition, sailing nutrition. Working with and for manufacturers, in hospitality, retail and care sectors gives me a unique insight into the food industry and I am happy to share my knowledge and experience.
