I am an experienced leader, advisor and consultant with a highly developed understanding of leadership and management. I develop strong teams and support others to grow in their professional journey. Through taking a masters level qualification in Executive and Senior Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, I now support others to grow and feel more confident as a leader, across all organisations, by mentoring and supporting them with ideas and strategies of leadership and coaching them to feel more confident, empowered and for-filled in this challenging yet exciting role. I can give leaders, new or very experienced, time to unpick and analyse their own skills, attitudes and knowledge away from the pressures of expectations, so they can solve the problems of leadership, find the ways forward and continue to grow in their belief in their own potential and influence.

I facilitate and deliver a wide range of trainings as well as supporting new trainers in understanding how they can develop the skills needed to understand how adults can be inspired about their own learning. As an experience leader, I have led self reviews and audits to help organisations identify their priorities for improvement plans and have had considerable experience of leading change by creating effective climates, helping staff teams understand why change is needed and supporting them in developing a vision to work towards. I am delivering leadership and management training. I write training materials for the training and the learning sector, whilst also being a highly experienced learning facilitator developing an understanding of how adults learn, the ability to read people and keep them engaged , motivated and inspired.
