Developing new robotic systems with ITER , design of prototype tools to remotely cut and weld DN200 stainless steel pipe, on 11 different radioactive components in 100% robotic environment. successfully unfasten and fasten the bolts holding a flange together. In addition, A multipurpose tool is needed to perform such a range of operations, including the cutting and welding of pipes, and the lifting, rotating, tilting and fastening of components.
Develop tooling to test electric looms for durability of looms for TARM.

Designed a series of innovative low cost tooling to test the inside of nuclear cells for radiation leaks (Gamma 60) , various attachments on robotic arms to manipulate round cell walls carrying radioactive sauce , develop a tool to be carried on a crane for a collimator, lead loaded for shielding. Develop a small test rig that carried a vacuum chamber, which was for testing radiated material in a Deben tensile strength tester, which included heat cold laser camera, high and low vacuum, under CNC in z axis, with a robotic arm to unload and load material specimen.

Taking data produced from software that analysed movement of wheels under working conditions, from this data develop a wheel arch liner that could accommodate all various movements of the wheel under working conditions, and develop different materials that would reduce sound entering the cabin ,develop ADAs (aero dynamic aides) these fit under the front bumper and help air flow under the car, using the same process as before, so taking analysed data from airo dynamic calculations, develop a rubberized part that would accommodate air flow calculations, develop under sheets and bulkheads in NVH (noise vibration and harshness) material to reduce sound in cabin area, develop mirror casings that conformed to current legislation as regards crash data, eg no sharp corner that could harm pedestrians, and introduce cameras that fitted in to casings, develop front and rear Bentley badges ready for plastic moulding and introduce depression to front bonnet (first time produced on Bentleys).
