The position included management of material testing, environmental testing, component durability, Squeak and Rattle utilising road load data, EMC, airbag deployments, head impact (inc. TUV, VCA approval), and robustness testing. This role required a large amount of engineering personnel management and a good overall knowledge of materials, products and the processes for manufacture.
