City Pantry is an online food order and delivery service, specifically for providing catering for businesses.
I was brought on by City Pantry in a Team lead capacity to head a new team to refactor the existing application to support internationalisation, with an aim to expand into Dublin.
Unfortunately, this contract was cut short due to difficulties faced by City Pantry during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Key experiences
• Co-ordinated and architected the changes needed to the application to support the internationalisation of the project
• Built a strong working relationship with the Product Owner and Product Manager, co-ordinating technical challenges and limitations with the product team, helping roadmap as well as helping with the epics and user story composition.
