My job as a project manager is to help make your make your vision into reality.
I have worked in construction since 2010 and have been project managing since 2013.
I have built for companies such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Coop, Heathrow, Caffe Nero, Wework, Facebook, Microsoft, Cisco and AMEX.
By hiring me I will work with you to understand your vision and requirements and produce a construction or development pack for you which will include a draft timeline, sketches and drawings and scope of works for you to then use to choose your contractor or to put out to tender.
I will conduct visual surveys of services and structure and arrange professional inspections if required on your behalf.
Additionally I can conduct site visits on your behalf on a day rate basis and produce progress reports for you as the project progresses.
My rate can be negotiated either daily, weekly, monthly or as a lump sum figure, its completely up to you, your budget and the type of project.

Responsibilities include;
● Involvement in due diligence for real estate deal conformation,
● Input to budget sign off and main contractor cost plan input,
● Obtaining quotes from direct contractors including security, audio visual, IT, glazing and flooring,
● Leasing with landlord contacts to ensure a smooth construction start on site,
● Agreeing licence to alter information between landlords and lawyers,
● Controlling all elements of the project throughout construction, managing RFI's, submittals and ensuring other teams who input to the project stick to programme,
● Controlling and signing off variations throughout the project,

I managed the projects from inception to feasibility, construction to completion and then handover including stakeholders and end users to ensure a seamless transition for all parties.
