Rich has over 25 years experience in design and direction in a wide range of disciplines; advertising, branding, packaging. Focusing on typography, layout and execution. As well as being a respected hands-on designer, he has successfully run a number of design departments, overseeing them both from a creative and mentoring perspective.

Previously he was Design Director at Grey and Head of Design at FCB/Inferno working on some notable accounts including Lucozade, BMW, Fitbit, Bose, M&S, Huawei, Michelob Beer, Big Issue, Home Office, Creative Circle, Volvo and This Girl Can.

Prior to that he was the Lead Designer at BBH for 11 years. There he worked on some of the biggest and most influential brands in the world, including;
Audi, google, Ray Ban, Sol Beer, British Airways, Clarks, Virgin Media, Vodafone, ebay, Axe/Lynx, Christies, Prada, Big Awards, Samsung, The Guardian, St John Ambulance, Levi’s and Johnnie Walker.

Rich also work at TBWA for 8 years as Senior Designer working on many ground breaking and famous ads such as;
Sony PlayStation, FCUK, Habitat, Absolute, The Labour Party and some of the first Apple ads to appear in the UK. Rich has also designed the world's largest poster for Adidas, ‘Cometh the Hour’ which could be seen from over a mile away.

His work has been recognised at almost every major award show including The Clio’s, Campaign Press and Posters, The Anna’s, D&AD, Creative Circle, Big Awards, where he designed the logo and the award itself. He has also been recognised at D&AD where he has appeared in The Annual numerous times. Rich has also been a judge for New Blood and several Creative Circle juries as well.
