Product Manager
Electroneum.
Elecroneum is a cryptocurrency focused on using technology to create an ecosystem that
enables unbanked communities to earn and spend money, just like we can in more
developed countries. I am responsible for ensuring we deliver high quality products that add
value to our customers.
Key responsibilities;
● Line management for my product assistant, educating and nurturing her to become a
great product manager.
● Collaborating with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
● Identifying business opportunities, customer pain points and validating hypotheses by
relentlessly analysing both, qualitative and quantitative data.
● Completing user testing with potential customers.
● Working with the marketing team to better understand market trends and our
competitors to maximise ROI on marketing activity.
● Working with developers, designers and stakeholders to create mobile/ app first
mockups that articulate customer problems and our proposed solutions.
● Flexing my entrepreneurial spirit to plan and build, on time, quality and high value
projects with my development team.
● Owning the backlog including creating user stories, prioritising tickets and completing
risk analysis.
● Positively motivating and leading the team to drive success.
● Facilitating effective meetings at all levels eg. stakeholder demos, supplier business
reviews, daily standup and retrospectives.
● Continuously pushing my own self development to be the best I can be.
Recent achievements
● Educating the tech team on the importance of putting customers and the center of every decision, instead of creating 'techy' products.
● Successfully launching a new freelancer platform, AnyTask. Even in these uncertain
times, we have seen an average growth of 180% in recent weeks.
● Launching mobile and utility top ups in 140 countries worldwide, providing an outlet
for our 3 million customers to spend their ETN.
● Successfully trained and optimised the use of Scrum and Jira throughout the business (Tech, Marketing, Operations).
● Aligned business functions and optimised processes to improve efficiencies and morale throughout the business.
● Trained and coached my product assistant to be able to effectively lead a team, write
product specifications and prioritise the backlog. She is now successfully leading a
team of developers with only my guidance and support.

job
Airport Transfers Product Manager
Holiday Extras.
Holiday Extras is the market leader for airport parking, supporting 7 million (and growing)
customers every year with the mission of 'Less hassle. More holiday'. Similarly to my role at Electroneum, I was responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to accelerate the growth of our airport transfers product in order for it to be the second most booked product by 2021.
2019 saw YOY growth of 400% positive growth in both B2C and B2B channels.
Recent achievements
● Continuously accelerating B2C and B2B growth, currently 400% YOY.
● Increased session to book conversion from 5% to 10.25% in my last four months.
● Reengaged and motivated an underperforming multidisciplinary team by aligning
them with our vision and empowering them.
● Created and delivered 'extra products' such as flight delay cover for airport transfer
customers. Expected gross profit £85K and customer compensation costing under
£1K per annum.
● Expanding transfers into Europe, starting with a full integration in Germany.
