I always try to be careful with bios about my employability, as a lot can always come off 'jargony', and dare I say it, insencere so I will list for you the assets I have brought and will continue to bring to any organisation I get to work with.
1. I am extremely passionate about people - very role I have ever had has been centred around customer success and experience. But this extends out into the organisation for me, I have helped come up with with initiatives around mental health, and diversity and inclusion, in general a culture champion, as I believe an organisation will of course do it's best work when the people are championed and have increased job satisfaction.
2. Adaptability - Having lived and gone to school in 5 different cities within 5 different countries growing up, I am very used to change and adapting to new environments and ways of working/living. But although I may be adaptable, I am also a disruptor and not afraid to break the status quo with new ideas, of which I have a few.
I also have experience of working in a startup/scale up, which has allowed me to acquire a plethora of extra skills outside of my job title, as that environment really requires an all hands on deck approach, which I absolutely thrive in.
3. Hungry - I am a hungry individual when it comes to life in general, hungry to learn, hungry to explore and hungry to grow, and hungry to succeed, not only on a professional level but on a personal level too. I bring this hunger to every role I have, I enjoy being out of my comfort zone, as that just means I have learnt something new and added that to my arsenal of expertise.
