My experience
2010 - 2012
job
Senior Project Manager
ASG Group Ltd.
Working directly for the Managing Director in a work from home position, I was employed to develop and value engineer product for the 2010 Tesco Express new build and refresh project, including a major new
initiative called the 2010 Milestone development. Following success in this specialist area the company
applied my design and engineering skill to development of a new brand image for the DSGI Group,
developing and project-managing signage for a new Currys - PC World brand launched at the new
BLACK concept store in Birmingham's Bull Ring Centre. During 2011 I was tasked with exploring Tesco
stores throughout Eastern Europe with a view to developing and value engineering a uniform European
single source sign catalogue. During the second half of 2011 I have headed up the project management of various roll out programmes for Tesco, including the changing of open hours advertising on existing
signage at 400 UK Tesco stores and the development and implementation of LED wireless price change
technology at 451 UK Tesco petrol filling stations and stores. The wireless price change project involved the development and value engineering of new site entrance totems with consideration to the inclusion
of wireless communication equipment. The project also involved the retrospective installation of the LED
equipment at 175 recently refurbished sites. During my employment at ASG I have also continued to design and project manage signage projects for a number of European based shopping villages.

in January 2006.
• The company climbed to the panicle of its industry in 2005, achieving the coveted title of "Sign Company of the Year" and maintained this position by retaining the award for 2006.
• To add to various nominations and awards, in 2008 I was personally awarded the "Retail Sign of the Year" award for my project management of a multi site architectural metalwork and sign
