In most of my IT career I have been working in the companies as an Individual developer or leading the project single headedly. In each of my application I developed I have always tried to improve the application by either using some new technology/framework or a design pattern. This allowed me to experiment several different software designs, design patterns, technologies and frameworks. This has given me the knowledge and confidence to develop any type of application be it a Desktop, Mobile App, Web Application, Server Side, or a Service. You can just discuss the requirements with me and I will be able to provide the correct solution using the right mix of technologies. But to be honest this led to some disadvantages as well. This allowed me very little time go through the complete development environments like DevOps, Agile which is the area I think I still need to improve.
Other than that I had worked in almost all type of roles where I have been taking care of End to End software development along with other technical activities like writing Project Proposals, High Level Designs, Low Level Designs, Selection & Review of Design Patterns, Owning decisions on technologies, frameworks and infrastructures etc.
