Duties include:
• Advice clients on setting up bookkeeping systems: Sage, Xero and etc
• Prepare year end accounts and submit
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Bank reconciliation and cash control.
• Make sure monthly CIS scheme returns submitted by deadline
• Sales assessment, debtors and creditors control.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT return and submit online on behalf clients
• Run Payroll system on SAGE 50 Payroll, including weekly, monthly assessments
• Liaison with HMRC on any issues and act on behalf of clients
