I am an NHS weekend Receptionist looking to further and develop my skills during the week being a Virtual Assistant.
I am proficient in the use of IT, having experience using all Microsoft packages. I have excellent organisational skills developed in a variety of deadline orientated situations, with the ability to prioritise work load. I am also able to manage staff appointments. I possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to get on well with people at all levels, easily making good working relationships. I have experience using office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and fax machines. I also have demonstrable experience operating tills, taking payments answering calls and dealing with enquiries and changing documents such as letters and reports and emailing. Importantly, I have experience of working with clients and ensuring excellent customer service. All the above skills would positively contribute to your company.
