As a key, senior team member I have played a pivotal role in True Digital helping ensure the growth and continued
success of the agency forming great, long term working partnerships with clients creating and delivering inspired
digital marketing that makes a real difference to brands and businesses.
For the last 3 years my account group has included an extensive Shopping Centre portfolio including Manchester
Arndale, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway and The Lexicon Bracknell. Through this I have had great exposure and involvement in a host of areas in addition to pure play digital activity, including:
- Experiential and events -the launch Manchester Arndales first digital Shop Window installation in Victoria
station, Manchester which saw nearly 2k interactions and an 11% redemption rate of vouchers handed out at the event
- Brand launch - With a new creative approach, we had to change perception of Bracknell as a rundown and uninspiring destination and generate footfall at The Lexicon's launch, giving the people of the core
catchment area an alternative to shopping in central London. The digital strategy devised, used push and
pull channels and audience segmentation to reach over 1.1 million potential customers in 1 week and generated 3,000 hot leads into an ongoing ecrm program.
- Social PR/ Campaigns - the development of a digital influencer strategy that drove awareness,
conversation and excitement around Manchester Arndale using influencers to drive engagement and endorse Manchester Arndale as the core for fashion in MCR. We reached 364k people and engaged 10%. In
addition, we generated 20 unique posts for Manchesterarndale.com.
I have also worked with npower for the last 5 years. This has provided me with in-depth insight into the challenges and opportunities for both B2B and B2C markets for established and challenger brands. Specifically, I have helped
npower:

- Develop digital acquisition campaign activity
- Define and shape their social strategy, to improving CSAT performance leading to a 10% uplift in online
