I'm currently training to be a holistic health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, so my writing is primarily focused around food, nutrition, health and wellness. However, I equally enjoy researching and writing about brand new topics.
I write engaging, compelling content that people actually want to read, and I find creating content for others equally as rewarding as writing for my own blog.
I have always been self-employed so am extremely motivated, and always work to deadlines. I thrive off being busy, and do everything I can to go beyond my clients' expectation.
