I work full time as a Transport Planner, but my passion lies in writing and content creation. I spend a significant part of my job writing and editing technical reports, and this has allowed me to broaden my writing horizons from creative to technical.
When I am not working I spend a lot of time outdoors, particularly hiking and wild swimming. This has inspired me to start my own outdoor blog, focusing specifically on women in the outdoors and the art of the microadventure.
I was brought up by an English teacher and a journalist, who instilled my love of the Oxford comma and the correct use of apostrophes in my writing. I pride myself on the level of detail I put into my work, and the quality of the product I produce.
I am also a photographer and baker, so I have a lot to keep me busy!
