I am a Personal Trainer and Online Coach, working with a variety of clients in-person and online. I love helping complete beginners and people who are struggling to feel motivated and good about themselves, to learn the fundamentals of exercise, weight lifting and nutrition. I love seeing my clients build their confidence, fitness and happiness, while looking amazing!
I also have a degree and Masters in Clinical Psychology, and worked as a Research Assistant in this field. I use my knowledge and experience in this area to help many of my clients to manage depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses. I believe it is so important to work closely with people to ensure that they feel good mentally, as well as physically.
