to self serve, allowing them to feel independent and proud of small tasks they complete on their own.
-Important to ensure that the environment is hygienic and cleaned to a high standard.
-Building Relationships with parents, being able to communicate with parents daily, learning new
things out about my key children and what they get up to when they go home. Telling parents about
their children's day and how much they loved singing to old McDonald or balancing on the gardens
risky play equipment. Having such a good relationship with parents gives you a great foundation to understanding your key children and give you that extra input on how to really help them to develop at their very best.
