I'm a young professional with 5 years' experience in HR and talent. My experience is in HR Business Partnering and international recruitment in both an agency and inhouse setting.
I genuinely believe that HR professionals should be accountable to elevate any business strategy through innovative, people-centric and data-driven initiatives. That's quite a load of buzz-words, but essentially, I believe that having a strong knowledge of human nature, business acumen and data is the base skill-set for any modern HR professional. HR can and should be useful, practical and strategic.
Through my experience in talent acquisition, and more recently, Business Partnering, I've come to understand the power of a well-thought-out organisational structure, a focused people strategy and an honest company culture.
