designer I helped Chambers to innovate and deliver data-led platforms, enabling law firms to provide the right
services, in-house counsel to partner with the right firms and Chambers own researchers to be more efficient and focused with their research.
• Worked with a product team to set up internal UX and Design processes.
• Set up a customer panel to gain user insights and requirements to be validated.
• Ran workshops with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and ideate.
• Sketched concepts and produced interactive prototypes to be tested with selected user panel which also led to creation of Chambers first UX pattern library.

Led UX design side of digital transformation project for Boots UK to redesign their digital customer experience. When
launched the new website has been ranked by Google as the number 1 website for mobile usability.
• Led the UX team to design the e-commerce experience for Liz Earle. Once launched, the website was voted the UK's
best online shop in a Which? survey, with a huge 94% satisfaction rating and it continues to outperform the market.
• Worked with a team of visual designers and motion graphics specialists to define how BT Business broadband will
differentiate through fundamentally re-imagining the experience end-to-end by challenging the status quo and creating a blueprint for the next 5 years.
• Run the research and design project for BT Business VoIP products to re-imagine and test concepts for intuitive and personalised experience across all desktop, mobile and desk phones for all users groups.
• Explored different concepts for financial health tools in relation to Open Banking and PSD2 for Barclaycard and Barclays apps, which progressed to prototype level for user testing. Based on customer feedback, selected concepts
were designed and have now progressed to build. Research used for these projects explored open banking from a
consumer point of view and looked at how both end users and financial institutions can take advantage of current
little known open banking development was incorporated in Splendid's 'Open Banking: Evolution or Revolution?'
event followed by white paper that was mentioned in the Guardian, Daily Telegraph, finextra, and The independent.
• Helped HSBC Connected Money team to harmonise experience across the app by delivering design systems rational,
