I worked within a technical environment at Coull for 8 years, with experience in account management and data analysis heading up the Compliance team. As Compliance Manager, I was responsible for leading the team, ensuring all goals were met and the team was working effectively and efficiently. The role involved a lot of risk management, I had to make decisions that could potentially cost the company financially in the short term but benefit the company's reputation and increase revenue in the long term. Often this would involve going against the sales and account management teams to ensure the company's overall objectives were met.
