As a L&OD Learning Technology Specialist I have spent my L&OD career to date mainly designing, developing and producing innovative digital learning. I have built strong collaborative relationships with subject matter experts in various businesses to script and storyboard e-learning content. I have been responsible for shaping and embedding a wide range of learning and development initiatives across different business, designing and delivering materials that support the entire employee learning journey and the 70:20:10 model. I have done this by multimedia asset creation of digital learning using various software; WebEx for virtual instructor lead training courses, Atlantic Link and Articulate Storyline 3 for e-learning courseware and Adobe Fireworks for graphic design. Using my instructional design skills and knowledge of learning theories I have created a variety of courses. I am recognised to have the ability to work at pace and on concurrent projects.
