Reporting to the Managing Director, the role also involved full control of all company Health and Safety, Quality, Facilities, Operations and Business Strategy, Procurement, Continuous Improvement, Project Management as well as managing the business as usual operation.
Operational control of an office-based Logistics team and 40 sub-contract drivers and handling the movement of specialised orthopaedic instruments and implants from hospitals and clinics from across the UK.
As a part of the Senior Leadership Team I defined the company operational strategy and helped in creating new company core values and developing the company culture.
The role also involved a significant amount of customer relationship building in order to assist clients in tendering for business and provide them with new workstreams. As a result of my proposals, Dynamic won over £100K in new business revenue in 12 months.
I was actively involved in the implementation of the new operating system that was introduced in February 2018, along with the creation and refinement of SOPs and processes involved. Since implementation I have also led the team working on ideas for the further development of the system and further improvement strategies for the operation.
