I'm a user experience designer. For the past two and a half years I've worked on a variety of audience facing products such as BBC Weather and Childrens. In my current team, I've been working on the internal facing systems, designing the tools that help journalists create the news.
I enjoy all aspects of user experience design, from conducting user research to designing and iterating on products. I especially like mapping workflows and thinking systematically about the function of a page for the user.
Some of my more recent projects have involved a lot of stakeholder management, I've learnt a lot about the importance of good communication in projects.
