Business Development Manager (Salesforce + Pardot)
ABOUT ME.
Working closely with the Group Marketing Director and the Salesforce Administrator, as part of the central marketing and business development team, to ensure that Salesforce and
Pardot are at the heart of the business development process and are fully utilised to their potential to drive global business development.
Main projects include:
• Merged 11 business unit orgs into 1 org which resulted in a single true data source. Included developing and managing project roadmap, consultation with stakeholders and users, training (creating training manual, group and one-to-one training) user engagement, building reports and dashboards.
• Project managed the development of an end-to-end booking system that involved a Salesforce integration with Adobe Echosign and Workday. System components included booking forms, invoices, credit notes and inventory management.
• Integrated Pardot with Salesforce. Trained our marketing department and successfully moved all marketing processes from 3rd party mailing service to Pardot.
