I am a seasoned senior HR professional with expertise in setting up and developing HR capabilities within fast growing organisations, both in a permanent employment and consulting capacity. I have been part of senior management and have advised leaders at the highest level. Throughout my career I have defined and implemented people strategies that had company culture, employee engagement and high-performance at the heart and have guided companies through significant business and people changes.

* I have managed the building and development of organisations that has achieved and maintained ‘Investors in People’ and ‘Best companies to work' for status.
* I have managed global HR teams across different continents, overseeing the execution of the HR strategy, fostering a united and cohesive corporate culture and achieving business objectives across the globe. HR teams that I have built and managed consisted of in-house recruiters, HR business partners, HR assistants and interns.
* I have managed talent selection processes in very fast changing companies, overseeing the recruitment of CEO’s and other executive leaders, country managers, directors and team members while also identifying, developing and promoting in-house talent.
* I have conducted Development Needs Analysis and created competencies and skills development frameworks to aid growth, transformation and organisation restructuring. I have also built continuous performance management and learning and development environments, implementing new methods for performance management, training and development plans and coaching and mentoring programmes.
* I have been involved and overseen highly sensitive and challenging situations, including company administration, organisation restructure and management buyouts and had to manage and align business objectives with people’s emotions all whilst maintaining employee engagement.
