My role at Gazelle Global, I managed a portfolio of clients is to make sure that all client’s needs are meet, I work closely with the Delivery team and my team of 5 sending high quality candidates to my clients across all Europe and London. We help our clients reduce cost and maximise linguistic and cultural fit by prioritising local candidates. Where this is not possible, we recruit from our global talent pool to deliver the skills and experience required. We can also support our candidates with visas and relocation.
In addition to my experience working with existing client accounts, I was also given the opportunity to assist the business development team with RFPs for new clients. I was responsible for selecting.
My role at Westminster Homecare, I was in charge of Bromley, Croydon and Lambeth Recruitment for the company and the pipeline I was working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers.
One day of the manager in Bromley approached me and said 5 of her care workers will not make it in time to their next visit and was left with 3hrs to get the next appointment, I had to think fast and get start calling some people on my bank staff list, I was only able to get 2 people, so I asked the teams in Croydon and Lambeth if they had anyone that can go to Bromley and I will pay them extra, I got 2 people from Croydon, the rest didn't have anyone that could go, so I called my list of candidates that came for an interview but was not successful but could do the Job they just needed training in few areas, so I got through to one and told her to come to the office for training, within that time I asked the Bromley manager to fill in for the last visit for her site until we can get the new candidate through the process so that by the next day we can have the new candidate start on her site, the Bromley manager said she had a meeting so I had to call one of the care supervisor for Bromley and luckily she was in the area about to go home, told her to go to the next site and we will pay her overtime she agreed and I sorted all the issues out in just before the 3hrs was up.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I'm looking forward to learning more details about the position. With a proven track record of account success, I am positioned to exceed your expectations for this role and substantially benefit your organization. I'm eager for the opportunity to share more examples of my work and discuss how my talents can be used to benefit in your company.
