• Negotiate new contracts with new and existing suppliers.
• Provide technical support to 365 students, 110 staff members and act as a point of escalation for 3 technical support engineers.
• Built 5 new virtual servers which were 2 domain controllers, App server, Print Server and a WDS virtual server, migrated active directory data across, DNS and DHCP, created Windows 10 images for staff, student and admin and deployed these images to 100 computers and 100 laptops.
