As part of a restructuring of the Production team, my role as Project Technical Director focused on longer term, larger projects within Smyle. As
part of a wider creative team, my role successfully delivered large scale international launches, conferences and exhibitions for clients such as
Samsung Electronics (HQ), Salesforce, Facebook, EY, Google, Red Bull, Roche and the BBC.
Responsibilities included: End to end live event technical specification, production design and management. Liaison with clients and all
departments on creative delivery, e.g. producers, scenic, content and logistics. Partner Expo management and planning; Budget management of complex budgets up to £1.5m, to maximise margin and to ensure cost effective use of time/suppliers. Keeping up to date on the latest technical
innovations, acting as a consultant to my team. Full on-site management of build/show teams. Large-scale pitches and proposals.
