Experience gained not simply by working with numerous agencies & clients on a multitude of projects, campaigns and issues but through simply having been around long enough to have actually been a consumer of most of the products and services clients seek our advice on.
Think about it; how many strategists working on a car account have actually ever bought a new car? A pension? A house? Private health cover?
My strength is that I get closer to understanding the audience because I often start by being or having been that audience. I bring the audience into the heart of all the brand and communications planning I do.
