I am BASED IN THE UK

As a Business professional, I work with businesses to improve their day to day business efficiency, working through development and maintenance of Databases, undertaking analysis, for business growth, using Python and SQL. Creation of business/process flows, for audit and training purposes.

Working in the Facilities Management Industry, I covered both soft and hard services. I have a keen eye for detail and I am methodical and organised. I hold a NEBOSH certificate and understand technical terms. I have developed processes/procedures in my previous employments, including developing handbooks, terms of reference to tender documents. I have worked as an Asset Manager within the Manufacturing, Mail and Utility Sectors, managing the assets for over 700 sites, development of Asset Management Plans, and five-year strategies for both replacement and maintenance. Supporting the business with the build and development of an Asset Management System to record and analyse the assets lifecycle.
Working with businesses as a Logistics Manager, planning and optimising routes to enhance efficiency.

I work with students at university and Higher Level Education, to support them with their studies. I work with supporting their research of journals and papers, writing up of assignments, revision, taking notes in lectures and seminars. Proofreading and editing where required. Referencing of work and supporting with dissertations, supporting both Undergraduate and Masters Students.

I offer a complete Virtual Assistant service from Typing to Media Management and Market research.
