Vacancy Management and HR HPL Websites for University Staff:
Technology: Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, Visual Basic, C#.
Vacancy Management web site serves the University of West London staff for making and managing applications to the Vacancy Management Group for staff resources. From this website, line managers can make applications for staff resources to the VMG and track the progress of their applications, while Budget holders, HR & Finance staff can Approve/Reject an application, add comments to an application, generate reports on applications made to the VMG.
HR HPL website assists the University of West London staff members to raise contracts for new or existing hourly paid lecturers, or amend a current contract, or add additional hours. It also keeps track of the progress of raised requests.
• Development, testing and implementation of the above two systems
• The system has put in place a formal online procedure for disparate staff members to keep track of vacancies and applications and payments.
