I am an up and coming producer and songwriter based in Brighton. Since graduating from BIMM in 2014 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree studying drums, music production and songwriting, I went on to get an internship at Brighton Electric Studios. There I helped build Studio 2 with a small team and went on to train as a technical assistant.
From there I went to an internship with producer Jonny Bird. This led to being hired to work on a number of EPs and Albums including Bright City, Josh Gauton, Danny Ocallahan and Junior Garr. We have worked with a number of labels such as Integrity Music and Running Club Records. I carried out most of this work along side Jonny at Bones Studio, which was a professional studio based in Martin Smith’s home. I would also occasionally engineer for Martin as and when required.
Whilst still working with Jonny I was recommended to engineer and assist Iain Archer in his home studio. Iain Archer is a songwriter and producer, Grammy-nominated for Hold Back the River with James Bay. There I have assisted and engineered on a number of ideas and song pitches for the likes of Gabrielle Aplin, The Kaiser Chiefs, Snow Patrol, Jamie Cullum and helped out with an upcoming album for Sammy Brue.
I continue to work at Brighton Electric studios where I will be a front of house engineer for live sound at events, studio engineer along side a team of 6 in house engineers and help run the rentals hire division. Through my work in the hires and rental side of Brighton Electric I have been a backline tech for broad range of artists from local up and coming bands to the likes of Ginger Baker and Simon Phillips.
I have played in bands such as Garden Heart and Rory Indiana and been a session musician for Wayward Daughter, Bright City and Danny O’Callaghan. 
I have a solo project called Single Ruin, where I write, record, program and arrange everything up to final mix. Since releasing I have headlined a show in Norway and toured in UK with Fickle Friends on a sold out run of dates in December 2019.
I am proficient in Ableton Live, Pro Tools and Logic Pro and have a home studio, Basement 58, where I have recorded multiple artists and most of the Single Ruin songs. Live for Single Ruin I program Ableton to integrate tracks, click and trigger DMX Lighting to create exciting shows. I have run video feed syncs for other projects in the past.

With all this experience I have gained over the years is suffice to say I have great experience in both building, creating and working in home studios and pro studio’s. Great experience building, creating and performing in live shows on a variety of small and big stages, and also the desire to work hard at it until the task is completed. All of this knowledge I can bring to your company to maximise your work flow.
