I’m an experienced PA and copywriter, with experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

For the past 6 years I have worked part-time as a VA to a busy senior HR professional and Executive Coach. Working two days a week, my responsibilities include:

Managing three diaries (she works with three different organisations)
Responding to/actioning emails
Managing her LinkedIn profile and social accounts
Carrying out research on clients
Typing up/amending/formatting documents
Booking travel, accommodation, and meeting venues
Assisting with the quarterly accounts (by tracking down and sending invoices to her accountant)
Some personal errands i.e. booking social events, online grocery shopping and ad hoc items for the household, buying birthday gifts for family members
Ad hoc tasks and admin

Copywriting

I have been freelancing as a copywriter since 2013. During that time, I have written for companies across sectors, from health and fitness to recruitment.

Current Clients

Norwegian Airlines: Up Until COVID struck in March 2020, I wrote weekly 2,000-word blogs for the airline. I pitched post ideas, spent a lot of time researching and wrote the content.

I have attached two of my posts, which are based on my personal experiences in London. Work for Norwegian should resume this summer (fingers crossed!)

Everest Home Improvement

I have been writing content for Everest's in-house incentive magazine for 2.5 years. I am responsible for:

- interviewing staff and writing articles about them
- attending events and writing about them
- writing content about incentive trips and prizes for 'The Window' - Everest's internal incentives magazine.

Castle Thai Spa: I wrote weekly blogs on health, wellness and beauty treatments for two years
PilatesBodyShape: I wrote blog posts and managed the social media pages for this boutique Pilates studio for a year

Copy editing

I thoroughly enjoy taking content and improving on it. I have done this for CV's/application letters, and for a travel agent (STAR Tours). I copy edited their corporate travel brochures for three years. I also copy edit blog posts for Norwegian Airlines and PR Superstar.

Social Media

I managed the Facebook page for PilatesBodyShape for a year, and the Ealing MS Society Facebook page for four years. I am very active on social media with Pukka Pilates too (my own business).
